Dr. Catharine Crockett joined Eye Surgical
Associates in 1997. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi
Beta Kappa from DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana
in 1979. While attending the Indiana University School of
Medicine, she was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor
Society her junior year. Then in 1986, Dr. Crockett received
her Doctor of Medicine degree with Highest Distinction from
Indiana University School of Medicine.

Her ophthalmology residency training was
completed at the Wills Eye Hospital in 1990. After her residency
she continued her education with Fellowship training in cornea
and external disease at the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania. Dr. Crockett received Board Certification by
the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1991.
Professional memberships include the American
Academy of Ophthalmology, American Medical Association, Illinois
State Medical Society, Illinois Society of Ophthalmology &
Otolaryngology, and the McLean County Medical Society. Dr.
Crockett maintains a busy general ophthalmology practice for
both pediatric and adult patients.
